What this site is

emilyui.com is the documentation and marketing site for emilyCSS, an open-source CSS framework. It is operated by Andy Terry.

What data we collect

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this site: which pages get visited, how long people spend on them, and roughly where visitors come from. This data helps us improve the docs and understand what's useful.

Google Analytics uses cookies to track visits. We only load it after you accept cookies via the consent banner. If you decline, no analytics data is collected and no cookies are set by this site.

We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you submit the waitlist form on the pricing page.

Waitlist form

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the information you provide in the form. We store this via Netlify Forms. We'll only use it to contact you about component pack availability. We won't share it with anyone else or use it for any other purpose.

Cookies

This site does not set any non-essential functional cookies.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to identify unique visitors. These expire after 2 years. You can clear them at any time via your browser settings.

If you decline, or never interact with the banner, no GA cookies are set.

Third-party services

The only third-party service that receives data from this site is Google Analytics (if you consent) and Netlify (our hosting provider, which processes all web traffic as a matter of course). Netlify's privacy policy is at netlify.com/privacy.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. If you submitted the waitlist form and want your data removed, email hello@emilyui.com and we'll remove it within 30 days.
